For all the while I've been posting to this site, I've never came across a case that has my blood boil and re-assess my attitude to law and order in such a manner as this;

A few weeks ago 20 or so people occupied the offices of the Crown Prosecution Service in Sheffield in protest at Mark Barnsley's continued imprisonment on an obviously fitted-up charge.
They're in court tomorrow in Hull (they can't be tried in Sheffield cos there'd be a conflict of interest; the prosecutor would also be the victim!).
They're charged with 'burglary with intent'. I'll let y'all know how it goes.

The case was adjourned in Hull - it appears that no CPS office in the North of England wants to dirty their hands with this one, so it has to be referred to London for them to work out what to do with it.
The 16 solidarity activists will be back at Hull Magistrates Court on 13th March.
