Iron Age Orcadian burial practise
Jan 16, 2017, 20:14
As a consequece of wondering what the occupants of Ness of Brodgar did with their dead I came across a very, very good article, link below, which I've also linked to the relevant TMA Orkney site(s), Knowe Of Skea (which I've added to TMA too: in HHspeak, the definition of Unsung) http://www.orkneyjar.com/archaeology/2006/08/03/archaeologists-ponder-iron-age-burial-ritual-at-the-knowe-o-skea/ ..the article was posted in 2006. I was its 115th reader..and 116th. Go on, you know you want to : )
