Because thats what I do. I dream of a future where my children and their children will decide about such things.

Just wanted to say I respect you for standing your ground. The Avebury restoration belongs to the future but then doesn't everything. To be realistic it is out of our hands and will take years of campaigning to influence the powers that be.

tjj there is standing your ground and there is being downright rude, does that really deserve respect?

The people in the discussion are trying to work out what they can do to help get the ball rolling.
This is something that will happen and hopefully in the not to distant future.

I don't understand why "harryshill" keeps butting in with snide rude comments.
He has made his point quite clear, everyone knows he doesn't want the stones re-erecting so maybe it's time he just let those who want to discuss things further,do so.

If everything belongs to the future then nothing would ever get done,
if it take's years then so be it but it's time to take action and do something about it. :)
