Dorset ridgeway Time Team

There was an interesting prehistory time team on C4 this evening - all about the sites along the Dorset ridgeway (like the Grey Mare and her colts) and at nearby Dorchester (Maiden Castle, the massive postholes in the Waitrose carpark, Maumbury Rings), the use of phenomenology to glean things, a new radiocarbon dating technique, and the casting of a bronze axe. All rather interesting.

I want to cast a bronze axe immediately. This may have to be arranged asap.
