Looks more like a Sea Devil off Dr.Who (Tom Baker) in the late 70s. Always thought they'd come back. Favourite menaces of mine, so they are. Nowt like getting zapped by a barnacle-encrusted green thing wearing a string-vest, wading out of the sea, whilst you stand frozen to the spot, unable to run the fvck away for some unknown reason.
