Absolutely ravishing views to Snowdonia. And you can sit for hours in a tree picking off trespassing megaraks with your .22 ;) ...I am Morgan Evans...

Dream on... though there's a property in Avebury Trusloe for £700,000 if you've got a bit of cash left over ;) Anyway you would have to look after all those caravan people...
