LUNCHTIME TALK: John Piper: An Artist in Wiltshire

A talk about John Piper’s Wiltshire landscape and building paintings, including a unique insight into the archival material held by the Museum relating to the artist, by Dr Ellie Pridgeon, Archivist and Librarian, Wiltshire Heritage Museum.

Lunchtime Talks start at 1.10pm and usually last about 45 minutes. You can even bring your sandwiches and we will provide a cup of tea."

Thanks for posting that link Moss, am planning to attend that one. Last week I visited the Thomas Hardy's Landscapes exhibition which I can't recommend too highly.

Was fascinated to read that, as a student, David Inshaw was inspired by Tess of the D'urbervilles.
