uffing and puffing
Jun 21, 2002, 16:54
In 1998 the powers that be backdated the horse to 1400BC.

I live near the Uffington horse. There's a place further down the ridgeway called Uffcott.

If the uffing and puffing white horse was formerly a dragon killed by St. George, who was Uff?
