Oh no no no no no, down that road lays madness, it would be the first step on a short and narrow road to another stonehenge, and a nominal fee would soon become an extortionate one.
Plus it would in some way see the henge "cut off" from the rest of the sites within the WHS and the right to roam amongst them via your own rambling route being taken away from us.
Imo.

I should, for balance say, i don't mind paying the quid fee to access Arbor Low though, as i have defended this in the past.
