I keep hearing people complain about the price of Lps,I suppose like most folk on here,I buy second hand or from small labels,I typically avoid the majors as the artists I want to support arnt on them.
Out of interest I pulled an album out of the rack,1985 priced £6.29,using an online calculator in todays terms it is now £18.26.
For me the going rate is £10-£15 depending on whether its off a merch stall, shop,or online,£20 for a double is a fair price and P&P must be added if my local record store carn't locate it.So the price has remained the same.

I pulled a CD out of the rack,1999,£12.99,that is now £20.64,the last two CDs I bought were £10.99 each.Phew.
