Chairty shop buying, morals and things
Jan 12, 2017, 14:25
Bought a really nice Kipling utility shoulder bag shebang for £5 from my local Heart Foundation.
Probably worth around £100, in perfect condition too.
As I was at the counter completing the transaction someone who I recognise as a member of staff walked in, stomped up and said to the other lady 'oh I meant to put that aside for Barbara, she was going to offer us £20'.
She glared at me a wee bit and was huffing slightly as she went through to the back of the shop.
I think I was supposed to give up on my purchase but I didn't.
I simply walked out with the thing chuffed as F*ck.
