My first vague memory as a child was the tail end of 1980 and I'm convinced it was a thimble full of "champagne", so I'm a bit hazy as to nuclear proliferation and all its ills. Christ, I was literally born a champagne socialist!

Sorry for the glib denialist response - I'm not a nuclear researcher so can only point to that massive network of tunnels they're builiding under Finland to house all the domestic nuclear waste, rather than all this rogue pram business.

And I have still overrode your point about the bloody sixties!! Sorry, very knee-jerk trigger point "we'll have no nuclear here!"
