Are these the 2008 Japanese editions? Astral Weeks being cat. no WPCR 75419 and Moondance WPCR 75420?

If so, and if this 180g vinyl edition doesn't mean there's a UK/US remaster just around the corner, I'd be seriously tempted to invest in the pair of those Japanese CDs.
