Neal Kay’s Heavy Metal Soundhouse at the Bandwagon!

Blimey, those words jumped out at me. The Bandwagon was a disco in a pub in Kingsbury, Harrow. I never went, LIVE music was my thing - I was going to see bands in the Tithe Farm Pub not far away. The Soundhouse later moved to the Headstone in North Harrow and then the Clay Pidgeon in Eastcote. I always heard it mentioned but never checked it out but I knew long haired lads at Harrow Tech who were regulars. By the way, that hardboard guitar was nothing knew, there was a little old man at Slough Community Centre who used to get up and mime to Chuck Berry with one.
