Actually it's just a sketch from Robert Smigel's "TV Funhouse" -- too bad eh!

I like the way they cartoonized the band dynamic: Tony & Geezer make snarky comments to each other, Bill's drunk, and Ozzy's a loon. Er, plus a shaggy dog . . .
