I do think the weak spot in any Hendrix posthumous album is always going to be the lack of decent material -- he released most of his good songs while he was alive, and all the best outtakes had been released by 1971 or so (Rainbow Bridge, etc.)
I don't think you can get another 10 years of records from of a guy who only had a 5 year career which has already been stretched to 45 years of releases!!
I hate the whole "remaster reissue" nonsense anyway. BUT in this case it's HENDRIX, so it is important!! There are very few artists whose table-scrapings are as worthy of digging up . . .
