Aye I know what you mean. Same here in the hope dept. There is a possibility they are trying to force peoples hands though. Maybe they do actually think they're big enough to throw their weight around now (and by god, they are big in raw financial terms). Still, it does mean we are relying on massive undemocratically run (in terms that we don't vote for them, and to influence them you have to be extraordinarily rich to buy a controlling share) corporations to sort out our human rights. Which.. um isn't a good thing, but fuck it, lets see how it plays out and how far they're prepared to go.
