I had a look at their website. There is currently a 'hot' topic about Dominic Carman, son of the late George Carman QC.
The BNP have accused Mr Carman of slander toward Griffin because 'Carman ate Rhubarb pie' in the Griffin household. The BNP have accused Carman of libel against the late George Carman QC. Eating or not eating Rhubarb pie is not defamatory in any sense, nor is the use of the word slander accurate. You cannot Libel the dead. I have tried to point out these details to the BNP by commenting on this topic, but I as 'Scratcher' have been moderated out, whilst all the comments are pretty indignant toward any criticism toward Griffin; similar to the rise of Hitler and a large % are off topic, which is against their posting rules.
It seems the BNP cannot afford or gain pro bono advice of a Defamation expert - especially when they wish to write about aspects of Defamation, in order to review anything they wish to publish. This looks like a ripe opportunity to bankrupt this loathsome organisation
